My Story
Firstly, Thank you for being here, I'm so glad I captured your attention. let me tell you a little about myself.
My name is Rebecca and I am the Owner of RELASHE x ZEN SCALP SPA.
My journey in the beauty industry began in 2016, following my graduation with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for lash extensions, leading me to pursue specialised training in this field.
In 2016, I established my own business, dedicating myself to achieving excellence in all aspects of my work. With almost 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have honed my expertise in Lash Extensions, Brow treatments, Lash Botox infusion & our unique in salon service the Zen Scalp Head-Spa.
I’m beyond excited to guide and mentor the next generation of Lash & Brow Artists through our in-salon training sessions. Sharing the skills, tips, and expertise I’ve gained over the years is not just a career—it's a privilege. I can’t wait to embark on this journey with you all and help you master the art of lashes and brows!

booking policy
ONLINE DEPOSITS
For the new client and also who fails to show up for their appointment at Relashe x Zen Scalp Spa we generally require a $40-$50 deposit depending on the service selected as this blocked off a certain amount of time, this deposit will go towards your appointment, This is to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
ARRIVAL / LATE
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment as new clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to commencing treatments. If you also need to use the bathroom or remove make up/clean your lashes, arriving early will allow us to make full use of your scheduled appointment time and avoid delaying the next client.
If you are running late, a late fee will be applied. We will try to accommodate you the best we can but we may not be able to perform the full service, and standard fees will still apply.
48-HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances often arise and that you may not be able to attend your appointment.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact Relashe x Zen Scalp Spa directly by phone 02) 8044 3845 at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Your deposit can be credited to the clients account.
If cancellation is within 48 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your spot, or forfeit your deposit.
NO SHOWS & LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will incur the full service fee as the cancellation fee. In the case of two no-shows, you will be asked to pay a full service fee as the deposit for your booking which is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made 2 working day in advance and messages left on Sundays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day. Confirmation messages sent out 72 hours prior as a reminder of your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Here at RELASHE x Zen Scalp Spa we strive to offer the best service possible. However, if we do not perform treatments or services to meet your expectations, please contact our salon 02 8044 3845 & ask to speak to Rebecca within 24 hours of your treatment so that we are able to assist you with any of your concerns as quickly as possible.
Although the possibility is low, reactions towards eyelash extensions may occur at anytime to anyone at no fault of the lash artist. We cannot offer a refund if this occurs but we do advise that you contact us immediately so we can offer a solution, such as a free removal of the extensions plus we would recommend seeing a doctor immediately if the symptoms persist.
All clients will require acknowledgment online that they have read and agree to our terms & conditions to avoid miscommunication.
