Cancellation Policy
RELASHE POLICY & PROCEDURES DEPOSITS For the new client and also who fails to show up for their appointment at Relashe x Zen Scalp Spa we generally require a $40-$50 deposit depending on the service selected as this blocked off a certain amount of time, this deposit will go towards your appointment, This is to secure your booking and is non-refundable. ATTENDING Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment as new clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to commencing treatments. If you also need to use the bathroom or remove make up/clean your lashes, arriving early will allow us to make full use of your scheduled appointment time and avoid delaying the next client. LATE FEE We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, we value both our time and our clients’ schedules. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a late fee of $20 will be applied. If you are 30 minutes late or more, the full deposit fee of $40-$50 will be forfe
